Powder Coating

Powder Coating is applied to metal products to give them a smooth and polished finish at the same time as adding your desired colour to the support structure. Powder Coasting is used on products that are regularly used in households and industries. The powder is applied electrostatically on the surface that needs to be coated. The product is then placed in the curing oven where it is heated and fused to obtain a smooth powder finish.

Powder coating not only gives metal products an attractive appearance and uniform colour, it also makes them more durable, scratch proof, and resistant to cracking, peeling, rust, and UV rays.
